• The Hawaii new employer SUTA rate is 3.0% for 2022.There is an Employment Training and Assessment Tax (E&T) rate of 0.1%. You will need to know this when setting up your payroll tax settings.
• You will be given astate unemployment taxation assessment(SUTA) rate every year determined by the Hawaii Department of Labor.
